Refund & Exchange Policy

At Hook.lb, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we offer an exchange option under the following conditions:

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Any signs of wear, damage, or alterations will make the item ineligible for exchange.

• Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or greater value (with the difference paid by the customer).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Refunds are not offered at this time. We only provide exchanges or store credit when applicable.

• If the item you want to exchange is unavailable, store credit may be issued for future purchases.
